Aleksey Vladimirovich graduated from the Chuvash State University named after I.N. Ulyanov, has a Diploma in Economics with a specialization in Theoretical economics. He passed occupational retraining for the federal programme of management training for the national economy organization of RF, majoring in Financial Management. He has a qualification certificate “The Certified Professional Accountant – Chief Accountant, Accountant-Expert (Consultant) of the commercial organization”.
In 1994-2002, he worked as an economist for the State Tax Inspectorate in the Shumerlya city, where he had rose to the Tax Service Adviser of the First Rank.
In 2002, he started his career in the Proekt-Technika Corporation with the position of the Chief of Finance Division of ShZSA JSC. In 2006, he was appointed the Financial Director of ShZSA JSC. Since 2012, he has been the Head of Corporate Finance Administration, since January 2014 he has worked as the Acting Financial Director of the Corporation.
In January 2015, Aleksey Vladimirovich was appointed the Financial Director. He manages all financial services of the Corporation.
