Monya Deboer

Monya DeBoer, SPHR, serves as the Vice President of Talent and Employee Experience at CompanyCam as of August 2025, bringing a robust background in human resources and talent acquisition. Prior to this role, Monya held positions including Operations Manager at Baylor Evnen Wolfe & Tannehill, LLP, and Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Green Plains Inc.
