Nick Small has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 2013, they were a Brand Ambassador for Adidas at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Nick then became an Intern and Lead Generator at Artf/x Screenprinting & Embroidery. In 2014, they held multiple roles at Nonprofit Hub, including Director of Marketing, Director of Content Strategy & Managing Editor, and Marketing and Social Media Strategist. Nick also worked as a Graphic Designer and Copywriter at Jacht Ad Lab and an Account Executive at EdVenture Partners. During the same year, they were a Client Engagement Intern at Firespring. In 2015, they were a Social Media Strategist for the National Student Advertising Competition. Since 2017, Nick has been working at CompanyCam, first as Digital Ads Manager, then as Digital Marketing Team Lead, and finally as VP of Marketing and Head of Customer Acquisition. Throughout their career, Nick has been responsible for marketing, advertising, and customer acquisition.

Nick Small attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Journalism with a focus in Advertising and Public Relations.
