Dan Wood

Dan Wood is currently working as a Product Designer, starting in November 2022. Prior to their current role, they held positions at Quimbee as a Senior Product Designer and Senior User Interface Designer from September 2020 to November 2022. At Quimbee, they were responsible for leading the design system and overseeing cross-platform feature releases. Before that, they worked at Night Owls as a UX/UI Designer from September 2019 to August 2020, where they designed websites and web applications for various clients and led creative efforts. Dan also served as a Creative Director at Lighthouse Digital Limited from January 2019 to September 2019, where they led the expansion of digital services and implemented a sales system. Prior to that, they worked as a Creative Director at NinetyOne Visual from February 2014 to December 2018, handling web design, branding, and digital design projects for clients in New Zealand and the United States. Additionally, they worked as a Freelance Videographer at 90 Seconds from January 2016 to November 2018.

Dan Wood has a diverse education history. From 2016 to 2018, they attended Auckland University of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2012, Dan studied Directing and Scriptwriting at Yoobee College of Creative Innovation, completing a Diploma program. In 2010 to 2011, they attended Auckland University of Technology and obtained a Certificate in Communication and Media Studies.
