Chris Lord is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development, research, and executive roles. Currently serving as an Advisor at Glasswing Ventures and a Venture Partner at Companyon Ventures, Chris co-founded Lambent, a platform specializing in spatial intelligence and occupancy analytics. Previous roles include founding and leading Latch Mobile as CEO, where an innovative service for parental control over smartphone usage was developed, and a Senior Director of Research and Development at Carbon Black, Inc., where a versatile engineering team was assembled and innovative security solutions were created. Chris's career also includes notable positions at Microsoft, Softricity, and Marathon Technologies, with a strong educational foundation in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and Computer Science from Fitchburg State University.
