Aditya Harnal

Aditya Harnal is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and strategic finance. Currently serving as a Senior Principal at The Raine Group since March 2019, Aditya has held various titles including Vice President and Associate within the same organization. Additionally, Aditya actively contributes as a Board Member at MusicInfra and has taken on multiple Board Observer roles at talkshoplive®, Xpoint, and Antenna since late 2022 and early 2022, respectively. Prior experience includes leading strategic finance at Shift Technologies, Inc., engaging in business development at CircleUp, and working as an investment banking analyst at Lazard, specializing in M&A for the Consumer & Retail Group. Aditya's educational background includes a BA in Economics and International Relations from Connecticut College, where graduation was achieved with Summa Cum Laude honors, along with studies at the University of Oxford and The United World College Of The American West, completing the International Baccalaureate.
