Kodi Connell

Kodi Connell is a sales professional with extensive experience in the insurance and hospitality industries. Currently serving as Sales Team Lead at Compare Club since June 2019, Kodi manages the Freshman Team, providing coaching and development to new trainees. Previously, in the role of Senior Specialist, Kodi specialized in selling retail life insurance, consistently exceeding performance metrics. Prior to Compare Club, Kodi worked as a Sales Agent at Greenstone Financial Services, achieving high KPI results in direct life insurance sales. Kodi's career began at McDonald's, where a seven-year tenure culminated in the position of Restaurant Manager, developing skills in team management and operational efficiency. Kodi holds a Higher School Certificate from Crestwood High School and a Diploma in Business Management from TAFE NSW.
