Nathan Handy is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector, particularly within banking and e-commerce. Most recently, Nathan served as Head of Engineering - Commercial at Compare the Market Australia from July 2024 to March 2025. Prior to this, Nathan spent a decade at NatWest Group, focusing on software engineering, solution architecture, and security, while successfully managing cross-functional teams through critical banking projects. Notable achievements include leading the re-architecture of product search at ASOS.com and modernizing legacy banking applications at MUFG, alongside significant contributions to easyJet's website and booking systems. Nathan holds a Bachelor of IT in Software Engineering from Queensland University of Technology and an Advanced Diploma in Computer Engineering from TAFE Queensland.
