Karthik Menon is a seasoned technology strategist with over 18 years of experience in the financial services and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Director of Technology Strategy and Operations at Comparethemarket, Karthik previously held various leadership roles at Barclays Investment Bank, including Director - Head of Governance and Planning, and Vice President positions focused on strategic and regulatory change, cost optimization, and technology financial management. Prior to this, Karthik worked as a Consultant at Customer Systems PLC, providing CRM implementation support for clients like Nestle Waters and BNP Paribas US, and at IBM, where responsibilities included offshore team leadership and business analysis for Spend Management software solutions. Karthik holds a Master’s degree in Management of Information Systems from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Science and Engineering from B. M. S. College of Engineering.
