Fernando Barrera

Fernando Barrera serves as the Chief Shared Services Officer and Vicepresidente Servicios Compartidos at COMPAS - Compañía de Puertos Asociados since April 2019. Previously, Fernando held the position of HR Manager at COMPAS S.A. from November 2012. From August 2003 to March 2012, Fernando was the General Manager at VITROFARMA S.A. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from OBS Business School (2014-2015) and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with earlier education at Colegio San Carlos.
