Thawatchai Changsorn

Thawatchai Changsorn is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the People & Culture Assistant Manager at CompAsia since April 2025. Prior roles include positions in People Solutions at Concentrix and as a Human Resources Specialist at INFINOX Capital, where responsibilities encompassed payroll, recruitment, and training. Thawatchai also contributed as a guest speaker in HR-related topics and team-building activities from December 2018 to December 2020. Previous experience includes working as a Human Resources Assistant at Peerapat Technology and a Sales Executive at Mitsubishi Elevators, where a solid foundation in HR functions and sales strategies was established. Thawatchai holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Ramkhamhaeng University and a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Business Management from Mae Fah Luang University.
