Joseph O'Keefe

Joseph O'Keefe, BCBA, is a highly experienced professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and psychology, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of Compass ABA Therapy since October 2020. Previously, Joseph founded and held the role of Executive Clinical Director at Rainbow ABA Therapy in mid-2020 and contributed as an Adjunct Professor at Long Island University from January 2016 to May 2020. Notably, Joseph has also held significant positions at Proud Moments, where responsibilities included Director of Clinical Operations and Director of Assessments, and at Services for the UnderServed as Regional Director of Residential Services.
