Pierre-Marie Bisson is an experienced industry professional currently serving as the Compass Box Brand Ambassador since February 2023. In addition to this role, Pierre-Marie has been an Independent Consultant for The Grumpy Frenchman since February 2021, specializing in classic cocktails, bar consulting, team training, and masterclasses. Prior positions include Bar & Lounges Manager at Shangri-La Hotel in Paris and General Manager at Milk & Honey, along with various bartending and management roles at well-known establishments. Pierre-Marie holds a degree in Civilisation et littérature anglophone from Université Paris Cité and a BTS in International Business from ITEVEC.

Since then, we have continued to grow and now have two blending rooms at our home in London, a team of 20 working internationally and stocks of maturing whiskies in Scotland.
