Racheal Vaughan Jones

Racheal Vaughan Jones has extensive experience in the marketing and drinks industry. Racheal started their career at Lucky Saint as the Head of Brand, where they played a key role in developing the brand's positioning and messaging. Racheal then worked as the Head of Marketing at JUBEL before founding their own company, Jackson Jones. Racheal has also held fractional positions as the Head of Marketing at Lixir Drinks and as a Marketing Director at The REAL Drinks Co. Racheal has worked as a Marketing Partner for Drinks SMEs, providing brand and marketing expertise to help accelerate growth. Additionally, Racheal has served as the host of the Building Liquid Podcast and has held advisory and board positions at Shandy Shack and Shima Drinks respectively. Currently, they are serving as the Marketing Director at Compass Box.

Racheal Vaughan Jones has completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson in 2020. Racheal also participated in a Short Course on Printmaking at the University of the Arts London. Racheal'sformal education includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Design and Design Management from The University of Manchester and a BTEC Art Foundation in Fine Art from Newcastle under Lyme College. In addition, they obtained a WSET Level 2 Spirits certification from WSET - Wine & Spirit Education Trust in 2018.
