Michelle Bateman

Michelle Bateman is a seasoned education professional with a diverse background in counseling and academic support. Currently serving as a School Counselor at Compass Charter Schools since August 2019, Michelle has previously held roles such as SAT Exam Proctor at EDUCATIONAL TESTING SERVICE ETS and Academic Coach at California State University, Northridge. Additional experience includes positions as a Substitute Teacher and Special Education Instructional Assistant within the William S. Hart Union High School District, Enrollment Advisor at Bridgepoint Education, and Clinician (Tutor) at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes, where focused on individualized tutoring in writing, reading, and comprehension.
