Mitch Sugg is an experienced leader in both ministry and healthcare, currently serving as the Associate Campus Pastor at Compass Christian Church since May 2022 and as a member of the speakers bureau for C-Suite For Christ since January 2024, where the focus is on integrating faith and business. Prior roles include Patient Care Coordinator positions at Healing Hands Healthcare and Physicians' Choice Infusion Pharmacy, and various pastoral positions at United City Church, Tanglewood Church of God, and Tanglewood Church. Sugg's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Arkansas and an Associate's degree from Central Baptist College.

At Compass, our mission is Navigating People To God. Every week thousands of adults, students, and kids attend Compass to worship together. We are community focused with campuses in Colleyville, North Fort Worth, North Richland Hills, and Roanoke. Under the leadership of our Lead Pastor, Drew Sherman, each campus has a Campus Pastor who brings their own unique communication style while teaching through the same message series, big idea, and next steps at all campuses. We predominantly do live teaching, but you will experience a video message from time to time.
