Rob Maupin currently serves as the Executive Pastor of Ministry and Outreach Pastor at Compass Christian Church, a position held since July 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing and implementing local and international outreach initiatives. Other notable experiences include serving as a Professor-at-Large for Lincoln Christian University, and previously as an Associate Professor of Intercultural Studies, where focus areas included non-profit organizations, theology of mission, and leadership. Rob Maupin has also worked as a Leadership Development Consultant for CDF Capital and founded Mission Mexico City, a non-profit missionary organization. Early career roles include Youth Minister positions at Paramount Terrace Christian Church and Carterville Christian Church. Rob Maupin holds a Doctorate in Intercultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary, a Master's degree in International and Intercultural Communication from Wheaton College, and a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Literature from Ozark Christian College.

At Compass, our mission is Navigating People To God. Every week thousands of adults, students, and kids attend Compass to worship together. We are community focused with campuses in Colleyville, North Fort Worth, North Richland Hills, and Roanoke. Under the leadership of our Lead Pastor, Drew Sherman, each campus has a Campus Pastor who brings their own unique communication style while teaching through the same message series, big idea, and next steps at all campuses. We predominantly do live teaching, but you will experience a video message from time to time.
