Chas Newman

Chas Newman has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Compass Coffee since June 2018, where previous roles included Production Manager, Rigging Manager, and Special Assistant. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at Innovo Consulting from September 2014 to May 2018, alongside roles as Project Manager and Senior Consultant. Chas Newman also held an internship at Compass Coffee in 2017 and gained experience as a National Finance Intern at Tammy for Illinois and an intern with the U.S. House of Representatives. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on International Political Economy and Business, Marketing from Georgetown University, and a high school degree from University Laboratory High School.
