Kelsey McDonough

Kelsey McDonough is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate currently employed at Compass Counseling, LLC since June 2023. Previous experiences include serving as Executive Coordinator for CHI UPSILON CHI from March 2021 to December 2023, where responsibilities included supporting chapter operations, overseeing committees, coordinating induction ceremonies, and managing communication with members. Kelsey also held the position of Mental Health Counselor at Lakeside Family Center from July 2022 to March 2023, effectively managing a diverse caseload and collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals. Additionally, Kelsey worked as an English Second Language Teacher for VIPKid, teaching over 2,200 classes to students of various ages and backgrounds from April 2020 to October 2021. Kelsey holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Penn State University.
