Kentish Coolen

Kentish Coolen is an experienced electrical engineer and design manager currently working at Compass Datacenters since November 2022. Previously, Kentish served as an associate at Red Engineering from September 2021 to October 2022 and held the position of senior electrical engineer at Arup from February 2015 to August 2021, where involvement in significant industrial projects included upgrades for major clients in Spain and Ireland to enhance power distribution and achieve Tier 4 facility standards. Kentish's early career included roles as an electrical engineer at Soneva, contributing to the Soneva Fushi Resort in the Maldives, and as an electrical site engineer at Manser Saxon Contracting Ltd, participating in notable developments in Mauritius. Kentish holds a Post Graduate degree in Industrial Engineering and Management and a BEng(Hons.) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, both from the University of Mauritius, along with a Cambridge Higher School Certificate from New Eton College.
