Eugene Volchek

Eugene Volchek is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend engineering, development management, and solutions architecture. Currently a Senior Backend Engineer at Compass Digital since January 2024, Eugene previously held the role of Development Manager at Tulip, where responsibilities included managing development teams, designing technical solutions, and addressing production issues. Prior to Tulip, Eugene served as Solutions Architect and Co-Founder & CTO at Klika Tech, Inc., supervising technical design and implementation, managing teams, and engaging in client communication. Eugene's career also includes roles at EPAM Systems and Oxagile, focusing on development and maintenance of web applications across various domains. Eugene's foundational experience began at the Russian State Social University, where software development was a key focus. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Minsk State Higher Radiotechnical College.
