Jennifer Boenisch

Jennifer Boenisch has a strong background in digital delivery and project management within the food service industry. Jennifer currently holds the position of VP, Digital Delivery - Healthcare at Compass Digital since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director, Digital Delivery at Compass Digital from August 2018 to October 2022, leading a team of 50+ technology delivery managers to implement digital solutions for retail front of house. Before joining Compass Digital, Jennifer worked at Compass Group North America from 2010 to 2018 in various roles including Sr. Manager, Projects - Field Systems, Project Manager, and Supplier Portfolio Manager. Jennifer also gained experience as an HRIS Consultant at Compass Group from 2008 to 2010, and as an HRIS Sr. Analyst at Compass Group North America from 2006 to 2008. Throughout their career, Jennifer has focused on optimizing customer experience and implementing digital-first methodologies.

Jennifer Boenisch attended Penn State University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations & Information Systems Management.
