Rafael Lopes

Rafael Lopes is currently working as an Engineering Manager and Agile Coach at Compass Digital. Previously, Rafael held positions such as IT Project Manager at Atlântico and EIC PM at ArcelorMittal Pecém. With a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Rafael has also worked as a Lead Electrical Engineer at CPM - Construction and as an Engineering Trainee at Makro Engenharia. Rafael holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and has completed a Project Management Executive Program from Ohio University.
