Shareen Ruddock

Shareen Ruddock, MHSc, possesses extensive experience in communications and marketing, currently serving as the Senior Communications Manager at Compass Digital since February 2023. Prior to this role, Shareen held multiple positions at Neal Brothers Foods from January 2017 to March 2022, including Manager of Communications & Employee Engagement and Marketing Manager, where responsibilities encompassed internal and external communications, employee engagement initiatives, and marketing operations. Shareen's background includes roles as a Wellness Ambassador at LiveWell Marketing and Consultant at Blaze Marketing Solutions Ltd, as well as experience in health and well-being counseling and nutrition education. Shareen holds a Master’s Degree in Nutrition Communications from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Acadia University.
