Scott Gerylo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and energy consulting, currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering Services at Compass Energy Consulting since August 2023. Prior to this, Scott held the position of Managing Partner at Paradigm Energy Corp. since August 2016, and served as Senior Director of Operations and Senior Director of Engineering and Technology at Aypa Power from August 2020 to August 2023, focusing on execution and operations of distributed energy resources and battery storage assets in Canada. Additional roles include Director of Engineering and Technology at NRStor Inc. and various leadership positions at Panasonic North America, as well as project management roles at Solsmart Energy Solutions Inc. and PURE Energies. Scott has academic qualifications from prestigious institutions, including an Executive MBA Candidate degree from Ivey Business School and professional certifications from MIT, Stanford, and Harvard.
