Heidi Lamar

Heidi Lamar is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in early childhood education. As the Program Director for the Compass Children's Center at Compass Family Services since August 2022, Heidi leads initiatives to support children's development. Previously, Heidi founded Blue House in the Redwoods and served as Program Coordinator at Hearts Leap Preschool. Early career roles include Early Childhood Educator at Google and Education Coordinator at Growing Seeds North. Heidi holds a Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Bennington College, earned in 2009.
