Melissa Shoemaker

Melissa Shoemaker is the Vice President of Proposal Operations at Compass Government Solutions, where Melissa is in charge of managing the end-to-end proposal process. Prior to this role, Melissa worked as a Senior Capture and Proposal Manager at FSR. Melissa has a background in Criminal Justice & Criminology and Psychology from the University of Maryland, as well as an Associate of Arts degree from Anne Arundel Community College. With experience in recruitment and business development in the healthcare sector, Melissa has demonstrated expertise in developing winning proposals and coordinating various proposal-related functions.
