Fred De Deken is currently the Director Operations Health, Seniors & Scolarest Belgium at Compass Group. Prior to this role, Fred held various positions in the hospitality industry, including General Manager at Novotel Brussels Airport and Novotel Gent Centrum. Fred has a Bachelor's degree in Hotelmanagement from Ceria and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics from RUCA University Antwerp. Fred also served as the President of the Brussels Hotel Association and has extensive experience in managing hotel operations and commercial planning.
