Ryan Roepke

Ryan Roepke is a finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and debt investment. Currently serving as a Director at Compass Group Equity Partners since October 2020, Ryan is involved in the firm's initiatives dedicated to lower middle-market companies. Previously held the position of Vice President at Reinsurance Group of America, where Ryan managed approximately 25 middle-market debt and equity transactions totaling over $250 million. Earlier roles included Senior Associate in Private Debt & Equity and Manager at PwC, gaining significant expertise in complex financial transactions, SEC reporting, and client consulting. Ryan holds an MBA from Rockhurst University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the same institution, alongside additional education from The Wharton School.
