Neil Mitchell

Neil Mitchell serves as the Business Director at Compass Group UK & Ireland – Healthcare since June 2018, bringing extensive experience in facilities and service management. Previously, Mitchell held the position of Soft Services Solutions Director at ENGIE from December 2013 to May 2018, and Business Solutions Director at Serco between September 2010 and March 2013. Earlier in the career, Mitchell worked as Contract General Manager at Compass Group UK & Ireland for five years, overseeing operations at Derby and Sherwood Forest Hospitals for NHS Trusts. Mitchell's career began at Derby Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as Head of Facilities Management from February 2002 to July 2005. Education was completed at Bemrose Community School.
