Rob Catchpole has extensive experience in facilities management and operations within the cleaning and support services industry. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Compass Group UK & Ireland in the Healthcare sector since February 2024, previous roles include Domestic Manager at Medirest and Facilities Manager at 2gether Support Solutions. Rob's career also features positions as Sector Manager at Axis Cleaning & Support Services and Contract Services Manager at Nviro Limited. Historically, Rob held multiple Facilities Manager positions at Servest UK, overseeing operations at Tesco Distribution Centres, and managed cleaning services as Area Manager at Wettons Cleaning Services, responsible for various rail depots in London. Rob began the career journey at Sheppey School, attending from 1984 to 1987.
