Alwin Antony

Alwin Antony currently serves as the Assistant Staffing Manager at Compass Group UK & Ireland since January 2024. Prior to this role, Alwin worked as an Office Coordinator at Hilton from August to December 2023 and as an Operations Supervisor at The Fellows House, Curio Collection by Hilton from June 2022 to July 2023. Alwin also gained experience as a Hospitality Professional at Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf & Spa from July 2021 to June 2022, and as Chief Engineer at A7 Builders Kerala from February to November 2020, where responsibilities included supervising construction activities and ensuring safety and engagement among volunteers. Additionally, Alwin was an AutoCAD Instructor at UIT GROUP INTERNATIONAL from November 2018 to December 2019, developing and delivering customized training courses. Alwin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Bedfordshire and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Civil Engineering from the University of Calicut.
