David Colgan

David Colgan is currently the Head of People Operations at ExCeL Exhibition Centre within Compass Group UK & Ireland. With previous experience as a Regional Operations Manager at Constellation, Staffing Officer at Delaware North, and Front of House Assistant at compass group, David has built a strong foundation in people management and operations. David is currently pursuing CIPD qualifications to further enhance their skills in strategic people management and human resources.
