Michelle Bailey

Michelle Bailey has extensive experience in operations and catering management, currently serving as Regional Operations Manager and previously as Catering Manager at Compass Group UK & Ireland since October 2010. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Quality Services Manager at TGI Fridays and served as Catering Manager at Greene King. Additionally, Michelle had a brief tenure as Project Manager at NHS and worked as an Environmental Health Officer for Weymouth & Portland Borough Council. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Health from The Manchester Metropolitan University between 1996 and 2000.
