Stephanie Wright is an accomplished marketing and sales professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and defence sectors. Currently serving as the National Sales & Promotions Manager for ESS Defence at Compass Group UK & Ireland since September 2019, Stephanie focuses on creating promotions that enhance retail sales and profitability within military and government services. Prior to this role, Stephanie was the Retail Marketing Manager at Marston's PLC, overseeing marketing strategies for nearly 600 pubs and managing teams in executing successful promotions and menu launches. Stephanie's earlier career includes significant positions at Mitchells & Butlers, where marketing management spanned multiple brands, and Whitbread, contributing to new site openings and operational excellence. Stephanie holds a BA Hons in Hospitality & Licensed Retail Management from the University of Wolverhampton.
