Aaron Easley

Aaron Easley is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the facilities management, hospitality, and food service sectors. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at ESFM within Compass Group since May 2022, Aaron has previously held roles such as Solutions Manager and Project Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing complex multi-million-dollar business transitions and corporate initiatives. Prior to joining Compass Group, Aaron worked at BB&T Insurance Holdings, Inc., where significant contributions included managing merger integrations and change management plans throughout a 13-year tenure. Aaron began the career as a Registered Representative at John Hancock Life Insurance Company and Jefferson Pilot Financial. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Economics from Elon University.
