Arielle Stroich

Arielle Stroich is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as Human Resources Director and previously as Human Resources Business Partner at Compass Group since January 2018. Prior to this, Arielle held the position of Employee Relations Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement from March 2013 to January 2018, where responsibilities included managing employee relations strategies, conducting investigations, and enhancing talent acquisition efforts. Earlier career experience includes serving as Human Resources Generalist at Legrand/Ortronics from May 2005 to March 2013. Arielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut, earned in 2006.
