Brooke Fairbanks

Brooke Fairbanks is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the healthcare and food service industries. As Vice President of Sales for Compass One Healthcare at Compass Group since August 2017, Brooke oversees sales initiatives that blend services from Morrison Food and Nutrition Services and Crothall Support Services. Prior to this role, Brooke served as Regional Vice President of Sales for Canteen at MARS DRINKS from March 2008 to August 2017, where responsibilities included leading a field-based team to achieve sales and profit goals. Additionally, Brooke held positions as Territory Sales Manager and Regional Market Representative at Puma from September 2006 to March 2008. Brooke earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Marketing from the University of Vermont from 1999 to 2003.
