Bryan Lawlor

Executive Chef

Bryan Lawlor is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in executive chef roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Western Region Executive Chef for Flik Hospitality Group since January 2018, Bryan also holds the position of Executive Chef at Compass Group since September 2014, and has experience with Compass Group USA in the same capacity. Prior to these roles, Bryan was the Executive Chef at Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino from August 1997 to May 2013 and served as Executive Chef at Sun Lakes Country Clubs from 1993 to 1997. Bryan began the culinary career as Kitchen Manager and Corporate Trainer at Roma Corp International from 1989 to 1993. Bryan's educational background includes studies at Chandler/Gilbert Community College from 1993 to 1997.
