Chomel Chen

Chomel Chen is currently a Program Lead at Compass Group, where they create and develop menus and recipes aligned with healthy and sustainable food guidelines. They have experience as an Assistant Sous Chef at OUE Restaurants, where they managed culinary administration and supported new outlet openings from 2019 to 2022. Chomel also completed internships at Nouri Restaurant in Singapore and at Osteria Francescana, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Italy, both in 2018. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The Culinary Institute of America and a diploma in Culinary and Catering Management from Temasek Polytechnic.
