Bill Moultrie is an accomplished professional in the commercial real estate and cold storage industries, currently serving as Vice President of Cold Storage at Stream Realty Partners since November 2021. With extensive experience that includes a role as Project Executive at Choate Construction Company, Bill has a proven track record of pursuing new opportunities and expanding industry relationships. His background encompasses key leadership positions at various global power companies, including Vice President of EPC Sales & Operations at Williams Industrial Services Group, Vice President and Global Director of Sales at Hetsco, Inc., and Director of Operations at Williams Industrial Services Group. Bill has also held significant roles in business development and operations at Prime Engineering, Inc. and The Facility Group, where Bill served as President and COO. Academically, Bill holds a Master of Science in Management of Technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Erskine College.
