Heather Barlow

Heather Barlow has over a decade of experience in marketing and communications, currently serving as the Group Marketing Director at Compass Group since June 2015. Previous roles at Compass Group include Marketing Director for Education and Regulated sectors, and Head of Marketing and Communications. Prior to Compass Group, Heather held the position of Change Management and Internal Communications Lead at Compass Group UK & Ireland. Experience also includes leadership roles such as Head of Internal Communications and Marketing and Communications Manager at G4S, and Marketing Campaign and Events Manager at ADP. Heather began her career as a Marketing Manager at Tuxedo Money Solutions and worked in hedge fund sales at Barclays. Heather holds a BA Hons degree in Business Studies and Marketing from Bournemouth University, completed in 2007.
