Larry Peterson is a seasoned food service professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Food Service Director at Compass Group since May 2025, Larry previously held multiple positions at SSA Group from May 2018 to May 2025, including General Manager and Director of Food and Beverage Operations.
