Melanie O'Bryan

Melanie O'Bryan is a Senior Sourcing Manager for Hotels and Events at Compass Group, responsible for hotel sourcing, contract negotiations, and managing hotel room blocks across the United States. Previously, Melanie served as the Compass Events Hotel Sourcing Manager, where they successfully managed 130-150 groups annually and streamlined the group travel program. With extensive experience in sales and marketing, Melanie held key positions at various esteemed organizations, including Director of Sales at Crestwood Resort and Spa and Regional Sales Manager at Biltmore. Melanie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, Advertising, and Graphic Design from Appalachian State University.
