Corporate Executive Chef

Michael Raub is a corporate executive chef with a rich culinary background, having honed their skills in the kitchens of renowned chefs such as Thomas Keller and Hiro Sone. Their career includes leadership roles at prestigious establishments like The St. Regis and Hotel Nikko in San Francisco, as well as serving as National Executive Chef at Guckenheimer, where they focused on research and development. Michael opened a plant-forward restaurant during the pandemic in Davis, CA, and currently leads culinary strategy at Morrison Healthcare as a Corporate Executive Chef. They are also a dedicated advocate for ending childhood hunger through their involvement with Share Our Strength. Michael is pursuing an Associate's degree at Lone Star College.
