Ralena Rowe

Ralena Rowe, SPHR, currently serves as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Compass Group, a leading food and support services company, where Ralena has been since September 2018 after holding the position of Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. Previously, Ralena Rowe was the Director of Corporate Recruiting at XPO Logistics, Inc., a top ten global logistics company, from March 2017 to August 2018. Ralena Rowe's career also includes a significant tenure as Director of Talent Acquisition at Time Warner Cable, where transitional support was provided during the merger that led to the formation of Charter Communications. Ralena Rowe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Studies from Syracuse University and a Certificate in Human Resources: Selection & Staffing from Cornell University.
