Tema Bukowitz

Tema Bukowitz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and strategic management within the foodservice industry. Currently serving as the Corporate Director of the Strategic Alliance Group at Compass Group since October 2018, Tema manages key client relationships for over 57 accounts, contributing significantly to a revenue of over $1.3 billion in the Northern California and Northwest markets. Prior roles include Director of Operations for the PRS Mirabella brand in Seattle and Portland, and Director of Operations & Franchise Business Director for Burger King Corporation and Specialty's Cafe & Bakery. Previous experience also includes positions as District Manager for ARAMARK in Higher Education and Sodexo in Business Dining. Tema holds an Associate's degree in Foodservice Systems Administration/Management from New York Restaurant School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Western Governors University.
