Michael Meyers

Michael Meyers has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michael is currently the Director of Retail Operations at Compass Health Insurance since December 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Food Service Director at Aramark from July 2018 to October 2020, where they oversaw the Palm Beach Outlets Food Court and ensured brand compliance. Before that, they were the General Manager at Callaro's Steakhouse from July 2016 to July 2018, responsible for the remodeling and reopening of high-end restaurants. Michael also held the position of Director of Operations at RJFS Restaurant Group from March 2014 to January 2016, where they oversaw the build-out of Flakowitz Bakery and Deli and handled various operational aspects. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager at On The Border from May 2011 to February 2014, focusing on sales growth and overall cost management. Michael also gained experience as the General Manager at Ruby Tuesday from June 2006 to May 2011, where they improved operations, implemented marketing strategies, and increased profitability. Michael started their career in the restaurant industry as an Area Director at Panera Bread and later became the Managing Partner at Carrabba's Italian Grill.

Michael Meyers attended the New York Restaurant School from 1987 to 1988, where they pursued a degree in Culinary Arts with a specialization in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. In February 2020, they obtained a certification in ServSafe Manager from the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association (FRLA).
