Justine Mitchell

Justine Mitchell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Justine currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Virtual at Compass Health Center since November 2022. Prior to this, Justine held the position of SVP, AtHome at Array Behavioral Care from January 2021 to November 2022, and Vice President of Inpathy from February 2020 to January 2021. Justine also worked at Regroup | Telehealth & Telepsychiatry as the Vice President of Major Accounts from December 2019 to February 2020 and as the Chief Clinical Officer from June 2014 to December 2019. Justine's experience also includes working as the Assistant Director of Customer Operations at the University of Illinois Hospital and Health Sciences System from July 2013 to December 2015. Justine co-founded EMOTE therapy in 2010 and worked there until May 2014. Furthermore, they worked as the Manager of Patient Relations at the Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago from August 2007 to July 2013, where they managed a patient relations office and provided training on service recovery, communication, and crisis management skills. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Mediation Services at the Center for Conflict Resolution from August 2002 to August 2004, where they supervised and trained volunteer mediators and mediated various cases, including employment discrimination and assault and battery. Justine's experience showcases a strong background in leadership, healthcare, telehealth, and conflict resolution.
