Kelsey Riley

Kelsey Riley, PHR, currently serves as the Payroll Manager at Compass Health Center since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kelsey held various positions at Sara Lee Frozen Bakery from February 2019 to May 2023, including Payroll Manager, Compensation and Benefits Specialist, and HR Coordinator, contributing to the integration of four frozen pastry brands. Earlier experience includes working as an Office Administrator at CRG from September 2017 to February 2019, where Kelsey supported talent acquisition and staffing solutions, and as an Operations Specialist at Gander Mountain from July 2015 to August 2017, focusing on product quality and innovations. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Law from Western Carolina University (2019-2021) and an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Forsyth Technical Community College (2017-2019).
